Ingredients

1 lb
chicken breast strips
1 jar(s)
polanar apricot allfruit
1 Tbsp
butter or margerine
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
fresh grated ginger ( to taste)
1 tsp
lemon pepper
2 c
cooked brown rice hot - i use minute brown
4
large strawberries sliced up to the hull

banana sliced
2
kiwi sliced
2
star fruit sliced

Step-By-Step

1sprinkle chicken with lemon pepper and cook in heavy skillet with melted butter until done and remove from skillet and keep warm

2put the rest of ingredients (down to the rice) into the drippings - stirring to blend flavors and heat for about 3 minutes.

3put on pretty plates and serve
