Ingredients

1 large
mango, finely chopped
1 medium
sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 medium
red onion, finely chopped
1/2 medium
jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 Tbsp
cilantro, fresh chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to mix and coat. Serve with grilled fish, chicken, or even the kids love this with tortilla chips :)
2Omit the Jalapeno if you prefer a mild salsa
