ground lean turkey or chicken
garlic clove, minced
plain, nonfat yogurt
1Brown chicken or turkey, onion & garlic in a large, nonstick pan. Drain well.
2In same pan, saute mushrooms until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
3Return meat mixture to pan. Add worcestershire sauce and chicken broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
4Remove from heat and stir in yogurt. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
