This chicken recipe is so juicy and flavorful you will lick your finger. It falls off the bone. My daughter Annie calls it kicking chicken.

chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
1 1/2 tsp
1 1/2 tsp
1 tsp
powder garlic
2 tsp
of powder chicken boullion
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
3 clove
fresh chopped garlic
2 Tbsp
fresh or dried oregano
1 1/2 c
balsamic vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

Place chicken pieces in oblong glass casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, powder garlic, chicken bullion, red pepper flakes,chopped oregano. Pour balsamic vinegar on the sides and a little on top, careful not to wash away spices. Cover with foil. Place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes . Remove foil and broil for 15 min.leaving door ajar during broiling time. Let cool for 5 minutes and pour the juices on top. Enjoy with brown rice vegetable or a salad of your choice. 4 servings.
My little girl Annie named this recipe. She said it was kicking licking chicken.
