Ingredients

2 large
chicken breast halves (chopped)
1 medium
onion (chopped)
1 medium
green pepper (chopped)
1 large
zucchini (sliced)
1 Tbsp
evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
1 pinch
s/p salt & cracked pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Put EVOO in hot pan add S/P onion (sweat)till clear
add S/P chicken-Brown then add S/P zucchini
Add green peppers in the last 5 minute.

Because your adding S/P thought out do not over do it.

Can be served over rice or add four cheese sauce (comes in a jar) to go over noodles.
You can also serve over a bed of fresh spinach.
