Homemade Shake-and- Bake Chicken

I dont always have the " Shake-and- bake " mix on hand , so I came up with my own way of making the mix. It works well for my family.

Ingredients

1/2 c
flour
1 tsp
paprika
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
garlc powder
1/2 tsp
dried thyme
1/4 tsp
freshly ground pepper
4-6
chicen legs and thighs
1/2 c
milk

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, paprika, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and pepper in a plastic bag.
2Dip chicken in milk, shake off excess. Add to the bag and shake to coate evenly. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, or until chicken is tender and the coating is crisp.
