chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
can diced tomatoes, drained
artichoke hearts, drained
kalamata olives pitted and sliced
nonfat chicken broth
dry white wine
fresh italian parsley sprigs,chopped
dried basil leaves
dried thyme leaves
salt and pepper
1Combine chicken, tomatoes, artichokes, onion, olives,broth, wine, tapioca, curry powder, parsley, basil, thyme, salt and pepper in the crockpot, mix throughly. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
