healthy cheesy chicken & rice bake

- 10 3/4 oz.campbell's healthy request cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 c
- 3/4 c
- uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1/2 tsp
- onion powder
- 2 c
- fresh or frozen vegetables
- skinless,boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c
- reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1stir soup,water,rice,onion powder and vegetables in a 12x8 inch shallow baking dish.
2Top with chicken.Season chicken as desired.Cover.
3Bake at 375 F.for 45 minutes or until done.Top with cheese and serve.
