harvest cranberry slow cooked chicken

boneless, skinless chicken thighs
each salt and pepper
Place onions and cranberries in bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Place chicken thighs on top. In bowl, combine next 4 ingredients, whisk well. Pour over chicken.
Cover, cook on high 1 hr. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 6 hrs. In lg measuring cup, whisk together cornstarch and cold water until smooth.
Place chicken on a platter,keep warm. Stir cornstarch mix into cooker. Cook, uncovered on high for 15 mins or until sauce is thickened, stirring often. Pour over chicken and serve.
