Heat oil and butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Add onion and chicken to skillet. Brown chicken on both sides for about 4 mins.
Remove chicken from skillet. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add sauce to skillet. Return chicken to skillet.
Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 20 mins. Uncover and cook for another 5-10 mins, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
