Ingredients

1/4 c
dijon mustard
1/4 c
coarse ground mustard
1/4 c
apple juice
2 clove
garlic, pressed or finely minced
2 Tbsp
melted butter
2 c
fresh soft bread crumbs
3/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 pkg
powdered cheese from kraft mac and cheese (this is a secret ingredient)
3 Tbsp
melted butter
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
dried basil
6-8
bonless skinless chicken breasts

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 375 degrees
2Line a 13"X9" baking dish with heavy duty foil (this makes clean up awesome!
3place a wire rack over the top of the pan
4in a shallow dish mix mustard, apple juice, garlic and 2TBLS melted butter
5in another shallow dish mix, bread crumbs (I used 3 slices of potato bread pulsed into crumbs with my minifood processor)pamesan cheese, kraft powdered cheese, salt, pepper, basil and 3 TBLS melted butter. Toss until well mixed.
6Coat chicken with mustard mix then roll in the bread and cheese mixture until thoroughly coated.
7place on rack and bake 35-40 minutes until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
