Garlic/Butter Chicken tenders w/fresh salad
This is my way of having chicken salad. He thought all he was getting a sandwich.

- 1 lb
- chicken tenders
- 3 Tbsp
- 1/4 Tbsp
- olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 clove
- garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
1In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat add butter, olive oil and garlic. Stir constantly until garlic is lightly browned, about 2 to 3 minutes.
2Prepare chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Add to butter, olive oil and garlic. Cook 5 to 6 minutes until browned, turn and brown over side (about 3 minutes).
3Place your favorite salad in the center of a serving plate and arrange chicken tenders around salad. Top with your favorite toppings.
4This recipe is very flexible. Depending on the number of chicken tenders per person.
