Garlic/Butter Chicken tenders w/fresh salad

In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat add butter, olive oil and garlic. Stir constantly until garlic is lightly browned, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Prepare chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Add to butter, olive oil and garlic. Cook 5 to 6 minutes until browned, turn and brown over side (about 3 minutes).
Place your favorite salad in the center of a serving plate and arrange chicken tenders around salad. Top with your favorite toppings.
This recipe is very flexible. Depending on the number of chicken tenders per person.
