Found this amazing recipes in my Joy Bauer cookbook. This is targets for Diabetic, but great for everyone. Taste is so powerful you don't even realize it low fat and good for you.. I did change some ingredient that best fit my taste. Like the spicy mustard ( she used jalapeño).And I used black olives and she used capers. Play with it make it your own creation.. This recipe is a five star from my boyfriend, if he likes it , it a winner..:)

Ingredients

5 oz
chicken breast shredded or mashed
2 tsp
lowfat mayo
1 tsp
spicy mustard
2 tsp
onion
1 Tbsp
black olives , finley chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine chicken, mayo, mustard, onion and black olives in a med bowl.

Mix to combine stuff in pita, hoggie bread, on Melba toast. Imagination is endless.
