Easy pecan-crusted chicken breasts

- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1-1/2 c
- pecans, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp
- chopped fresh parsley
- 1-1/2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- chili powder
- egg whites
1Heat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg shallow bowl, beat egg whites lightly.
2In another shallow bowl, combine pecans, parsley, salt and chili powder. Place each chicken breast in egg white, coating both sides.
3Roll chicken in pecan mix, coating both sides. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 -25 mins, or until cooked through.
