Easy Mexican chicken soup

My son-in-law made this for everyone one night, and I loved it. Finally teased the recipe from him, lol.

Ingredients

12.5 oz can swanson white chunk chicken breasts
1-1/2 c
favorite salsa, i used hot
1-1/2 c
frozen kernel corn, thawed
3 c
low-sodium chicken broth
2 c
crushed, baked tortilla chips
1/3 c
reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Stir chicken, salsa, corn and broth in lg saucepan. Heat to boiling, over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring for 5 mins. Place 1/3 cups tortilla chips in bottom of serving bowls. Ladle soup over chips. Sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese into each bowl.
