Easiest Chicken Marsala

One of the easiest and tastiest meals I've made in a while. Came from the Indianapolis Star Newspaper.

Ingredients

6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
8 oz
mushrooms, sliced
1/8 c
marsala wine
1/2 c
heavy cream
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Flatten chicken with a meat mallet. In a large nonstick skillet, cook chicken in 2 T. water for 15 minutes or just until cooked.

Push chicken to the side, add mushrooms and cook until soft. Add marsala wine and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt & pepper. Stir in cream and simmer for 4 minutes or until heated through.
