| SALAD | |
| 1 | medium apple, unpeeled, chopped |
| juice of 1 lemon (about 2t.) | |
| 2 c | diced, cooked chicken |
| 1 c | seedless grapes, halved |
| 1 | celery stalk, finely chopped |
| 1/4 c | raisins |
| 1/2 c | toasted, slivered almonds |
| DRESSING | |
| 3/4 c | nonfat greek yogurt |
| 1/4 c | reduced fat mayonnaise |
| 1 1/2 tsp | curry powder |
| 1/2 tsp | garam masala (available in indian groceries) if you can't get it you can add another 1/2 t. curry powder |
| 1/4 tsp | salt (i use kosher salt) |

Directions
Put all the salad ingredients in a large bowl except the apple. Toss the apple with the lemon juice and add to the salad. Mix well.In a smaller bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, garam masala (if using) and salt. Combine with the salad and refrigerate. Serve over a bed of lettuce.
