Amanda's StoryI love BBQ chicken but where I live - grilling isn't always convenient. In the winter, it's too cold and during the summer it's just too hot so when I get that craving this is my turn-to recipe.
boneless, skinless chicken breast
bbq sauce (18 oz)
brown sugar, firmly packed
crushed red pepper

1Place chicken in crockpot. (I throw mine in frozen and it works amazingly. You don't even need to break them apart!)
2Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, crushed red pepper and garlic together in a separate bowl. (Make sure brown sugar is fully blended.)
3Pour BBQ mixture over chicken, making sure to coat the chicken evenly.
4Replace lid and cook on high for 6 hours. (If using thawed chicken reduce time to 4 hours so as not to burn the chicken.)
