Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and salt in a small bowl; stir well. Dip the chicken in 1/4 cup butter; dredge in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the chicken, skin side up, in an ungreased 9 inch square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Combine 1/2 cup melted butter, wine, green onions, and chopped parsley in a small bowl; stir well. Pour the wine mixture over the chicken.
Bake an additional 5 minutes or until the sauce is thoroughly heated.
