I grew up in Fla. My 5 siblings and my Dad always enjoyed my Mom's country cooking right up until she couldn't cook anymore.But Anyways she loved to fix chicken and dumplings and there was very little left in the casserole dish that she always made it in.Who doesn't like chicken and biscuit's !!!! I hope that you all enjoy this recipe it is so quick and easy to make....

boneless chicken breasts
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2-3 Tbsp
sliced, butter
1 medium
onion,finely diced
2 can(s)
canned buttermilk biscuits,torn

Directions Step-By-Step

Place chicken,soup, butter and onion in a slow cooker add enough water to cover.Cover and cook on high setting for 4 hours. Add biscuits to slow cooker;gently push biscuits into cooking liquid. Cover and continue cooking for about 1-1/2 hours, until biscuits are done in the center. Makes about 6 servings.
