With such a simple recipe one would think these can’t be tasty.
But the reduced ginger ale adds just the right amount of sweetness. And will make you go hmmmm what is this deliciousness I’m tasting.

Cook the ginger ale till it has reduced and is thick and syrupy. You’ll have about ¼ to ½ cup when it’s done.
Rinse the game hens and pat dry.
Place them on a non stick baking pan “ or line with parchment”.
Brush with the reduced ginger ale.
Season each bird with the salt and pepper.
Bake 375 covered loosely for about 1 hour, then uncover and bake for additional 20 – 30 minutes “ depending on your oven “ till the birds are golden brown and have reached an internal temperature of 165.
