Tis is a great recipe for Weight Watchers only 4 points. This is delicious served with long grain and wild rice mixture. It's quick and easy- and oh so moist and delicious.

Ingredients

4
boneless,skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp
each salt and pepper
1/2 c
mandarin oranges,drained and diced
1/4 c
orange juice
3 Tbsp
reduced sugar orange marmalade
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Flatten breasts to 1/4-inch thickness and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
Spray a large skillet that the chicken will fit in and spray the pan with non stick cooking oil.
Place over medium heat.

2Add chicken and cook 4 to 5 minutes until golden and no more pink.Add remaining ingredients cook 4 to 5 minutes to heat through. Serve sauce over chicken and rice.
