Chili Yogurt Chicken

This has become a staple at all our family BBQ's. We serve the breasts on a bun with lettuce, tomato and onion, some put on mayo while others prefer a southwest sauce.
Note: This requires a 24 hour rest in the fridge so it's a make ahead meal. Also this is a picture of legs which is also great. was originally a Racquel Ray recipe

Ingredients

4
boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 8-10 legs)
8 oz
plain or vanilla yogurt
1 - 2 Tbsp
chilli powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix chili powder and yogurt together and pour over chicken breasts to coat.

Put in fridge for 24 hours. Turning every couple of hours.

Remove from fridge and light grill

when grill is hot or coals ready. cook until no longer pink. Serve on buns or as a meat entree.
