Chicken Vegetable Casserole

- broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, or preferred vegetables, cooked
- 1 lb
- 1 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- shredded cheddar cheese
1Cook chicken and cut into pieces (bite-sized).
2Layer vegetables in a 13 x 9 pan.
3Layer chicken pieces over vegetables.
4Mix can of mushroom soup with 1/3 soup can of milk and pour over the top of the chicken.
5Sprinkle cheese over top of casserole. Bake at 375º for approximately ½ hour. Let set 5 minutes and serve.
