Chicken Vegetable Casserole
Family Tested & Approved
broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, or preferred vegetables, cooked
cream of mushroom soup
Cook chicken and cut into pieces (bite-sized).
Layer vegetables in a 13 x 9 pan.
Layer chicken pieces over vegetables.
Mix can of mushroom soup with 1/3 soup can of milk and pour over the top of the chicken.
Sprinkle cheese over top of casserole. Bake at 375º for approximately ½ hour. Let set 5 minutes and serve.
