Ingredients

10 oz
can of cream of chicken soup
10 oz
can of fiesta nacho cheese
5 oz
can of evaporated milk
15 oz
can of french-style green beans, drained
1 tsp
chicken bouillon granules
2 c
cooked, chicken breasts
1
sweet red bell pepper, chopped
2
ribs of celery, chopped
1/4 c
chopped onion
1 c
chow mein noodles
3 oz
can fried onion rings

Step-By-Step

1COMBINE SOUP, FIESTA NACHO CHEESE AND EVAPORATED MILK
MIX WELL.

2FOLD IN DRAINED GREEN BEANS, COOKED CHICKEN, CHICKEN BOUILLON, BELL PEPPER, CELERY, ONION, NOODLES AND 1/2 TEA SPOON EACH SALT AND PEPPER.

3SPOON INTO BUTTERED 9X13-INCH (23X33CM) BAKING DISH.

4BAKE COVERED AT 350 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SPRINKLE ONION RINGS OVER CASSEROLE.

5PLACE BACK IN OVEN AND BAKE ANOTHER 10 MINUTES.

6I ONLY USED 1/2 OF THE BELL PEPPER IT IS JUST A PREFERENCE. I USED A LARGE ROUND CASSEROLE DISH JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU BUTTER THE DISH REALLY WELL SO THAT IT IS EASIER TO CLEAN THE DISH AFTERWARDS.
