Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place on baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until done.
After cooling the chicken on a wire rack, cut it into bite size pieces. Set aside.
In a small mixing bowl. combine the mayonaisse,curry powder and mango jam or chutney. Mix well.
Put cut pieces of chicken into a large bowl and pour the mayo curry mixture over it and mix it in well. Add raisins and mix.
Cut the pitas in half. Slice the cucumbers thinly. Open the alfalfa sprouts package. combine sandwich by putting some of the chicken curry in the pocket pita, then slices of the cucumbers, and then the alfalfa sprouts on the top of the pita.
