Yummy! This simple batter is sooo delicious. I upped the amounts of seasoning a bit and it turned out perfectly.
Keep in mind that your chicken pieces will need to be small enough to cook properly in the oil. If the pieces are too large, the tempura batter will burn before the chicken is done.
