Buttery Lemon Pepper Chicken

Salt and pepper both sides of the cutlets,coat each one in flour.
In a skillet over med-high heat , add a tablespoon of butter and olive oil...in batches of 2 at a time (don't crowd pan)cook about 2 mins per side, until golden brown and cooked through....
In a sauce pan...melt the rest of the butter....add the zest of the two lemons, as well as the lemon juice...add the wine and generous amount of pepper, to taste....simmer about 5 mins.
Serve over pasta and chicken...Delightful
