Breading for Chicken Parmesan

I like to make up large batches of this to keep in the freezer.

Ingredients

1/2 c
italian bread crumbs
1 c
panko bread crumbs
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp
dried rosemary
1 Tbsp
dried thyme
1 Tbsp
dried parsley
1 tsp
granulated garlic
1 tsp
granulated onion
2 tsp
dried lemon zest

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together. Can be stored in freezer. When ready to use, pound chicken breast out thin. Dredge chicken with flour, egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Fry in olive oil 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned.

Cook chicken in batches. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees and place a metal rack on a baking sheet to keep cooked cutlets warm.
