Good crunch and a nice flavor. These are great when making chicken parmesan, Chicken parm. sandwiches or just by themselves.

Ingredients

4-6
boneless skinless chicken breast
1 c
italian seasoned panko
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c
flour
2 tsp
dry oregano
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
2
eggs
1
envelope of italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1pound each breast to about 1/4 inch thick.
2in med bowl or pie tin mix dry ingredients
3in a separate bowl beat eggs
4dip chicken in eggs then dredge in breadcrumb mixture
5heat oil on med heat and cook chicken breast until golden brown on each side. about 4-5 minutes per side.
6we like to make chicken parmesan sandwiches with them. Toast some buns in the oven with a little bit of garlic butter, melt mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken before removing from your pan, add a little bit of your favorite spaghetti sauce and enjoy.
