Ingredients

8
boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1-1/2 Tbsp
olive oil
3/4 c
lower-sugar orange juice
3/4 c
lower-sodium chicken broth
12 Tbsp
creole mustard, found in specialty mustard section of supermarket
1 Tbsp
honey
1 tsp
hot pepper sauce
salt & pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Sprinkle both sides of chicken w/ salt & pepper. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and saute until well browned.
2Add orange juice and broth. Simmer until chicken is cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate. Add mustard, honey and hot pepper sauce to skillet.
3Increase heat to high and, stirring, boil until sauce thickens. Return chicken to pan and simmer until heated through. Place chicken on plates, top w/ sauce.
