1In a deep cast iron skillet melt a stick of butter. Add thyme,paprika,and mushrooms. Saute for 3-4 min. Add chicken and baste with butter and mushrooms.
cook on med-low for 1 hour. Turning and basting every 10-15 min. On the last 15 min top with ham and swiss cheese. Serve with cooked wild rice.
