In small bowl, combine parmesan cheese, basil, 1 tbsp oil, and garlic, mix. Pound chicken between plastic until 1/8"-thick. Spread cheese mix evenly down center of each breast, fold in sides and roll up. Fasten w/ toothpicks. In small bowl, combine lemon peel, lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil. Mix. Heat grill for med-high indirect heat. Grill chicken, turning once, for about 15 min, brushing w/ lemon sauce.
