- (6oz ea) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slice
- pepper jack cheese
- 1 c
- barbecue sauce
1Carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
Fill with cheese; secure with metal or soaked wooden skewers.
2Grill chicken,covered,over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side until juices run clear,basting frequently with barbecue sauce.
Remove skewers before serving.
