Baked Chicken Parmesan by Susan

- 6 large
- chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 c
- finely grated parmesan cheese, divided (the kind in the green can)
- 1 Tbsp
- crushed italian herbs
- 1 large
- jar of your favorite pasta sauce (or 3 1/2 cups of your own homemade)
- 1 1/2 c
- shredded mozzarella cheese
4Bake for 35-40 minutes, until juices run clear.
Serve with pasta of your choice and a nice green salad. Italian bread is good, too. I recommend my Susan's Herbed Italian Bread.
