|1 tsp||dijon mustard|
|2 c||panko bread crumbs|
|3||boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips|
|1 tsp||mrs dash (chicken)|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Whisk eggs, mustard, cumin, and salt in shallow bowl.
Combine bread crumbs and Mrs Dash in separate bowl
Dip chicken in egg mixture; shake off excess and dip in bread crumbs
Place on cookie sheet and mist with cooking spray. Bake until golden brown about 20 minutes.
