Baked BBQ Chicken Wings

This is one of my favorite recipes to make! It is so easy but very delicious! (Normally I use the chicken drumettes but for this photo I had used chicken wing "portions".)

Ingredients

1/4 c
light soy sauce
1/4 c
honey
1 Tbsp
vinegar
1/4 tsp
ginger, ground
1/4 c
tabasco hot sauce

chicken drumettes (healthier if skinless)

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix first 5 ingredients in a medium size, flat dish or pan. Add chicken wings and REFRIGERATE FOR 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. (Turning chicken wings in marinade every 2-3 hours or so helps enhance the flavor.)

Place chicken wings on a well-greased baking sheet or 1/4" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, turning wings after 15 minutes.
