Got this from a friend who made some wonderful suggestions for personalizing the recipe. She slacks off on the cilantro, uses green or purple onion, and add some Serrano peppers instead of black pepper.

Ingredients

2-3
boneless chicken breast, cooked
1 large
avacado
1/4 c
chopped onion
juice of 1/2 a lime
2 Tbsp
cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix well with all other ingredients. Enjoy.
