1pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2put thawed chicken breast in large zip lock bag - 1 piece at a time. Beat with rolling pin to flatten chicken to 1/4 " thickness. Remove chicken from bag. Lay out on a tray
3Take 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of ham, 3 broccoli florettes (in this order) and lay on each chicken breast. Sprinkle a little bread crumbs ontop and roll up, with seam side down, put in baking dish.
4Pour the cup of wine in with the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining bread crumbs ontop of all of the chicken and place 3 pats of butter ontop of each chicken breast. Bake in oven for 45 min to 1 hour.
