Ingredients

4 lb
chicken fryer parts
6 Tbsp
butter
6 Tbsp
cooking oil
1--8oz. can(s)
mushrooms
3 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
1/2 c
onions, chopped
1 tsp
seasoned salt
6 Tbsp
flour
2 can(s)
consumme' soup
1 c
white wine
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
paprika

Step-By-Step

1Brown chicken in skillet in butter and oil.

Remove chicken from skillet and arrange in large casserole.

2Add flour to skillet drippings. Blend well.

Add onions, consumme' mushrooms. parsley, seasonings and wine.

3Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.

Pour mixture over chicken.

Cover and bake at 350' for 1 hour.

4Baste occasionally.
May be prepared a day in advance and baked the day of the chicken is to be served.
