|2 1/2 lb||chicken breast (cooked)|
|1 medium||red onion small dice|
|1 large||fresh red seedless grapes|
|1 c||yogurt, plain and non-fat|
|1/2 c||sour cream, lite|
|1/3 c||mayonnaise, light|
|zest from 2 lemons|
|juice from 1/2 lemon|
|1 Tbsp||ginger minced|
|1/4 c||toasted almonds|
For the cantloup cut into bite sizr pieces.
combine cooked chicken with cantaloup,onion,celery,and grapes.chill.
