1 large cantaloupe peeled an seeded
2 1/2 lb chicken breast (cooked)
1 medium red onion small dice
4 ribs celery
1 large fresh red seedless grapes
1 c yogurt, plain and non-fat
1/2 c sour cream, lite
1/3 c mayonnaise, light
zest from 2 lemons
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp ginger minced
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 c toasted almonds

combine cooked chicken with cantaloup,onion,celery,and grapes.chill.

in another bowl. combine the yogurt,sour cream,zest,lemon juice,ginger,and sugar. Chill
