Here's an easy recipe, for a great tasting pot pie! Great for a night when you don't feel like fussing too much! We love it! Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 2/3 c
frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 c
cooked, cut up chicken
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 c
bisquick
1/2 c
milk
1
egg
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix thawed vegetables, cut chicken, and soup together.
Season to taste, with salt and pepper.
Pour into a 10 inch pie plate.
2In a separate bowl stir Bisquick, milk, and egg with a fork, until blended.

Pour over vegetable mixture.
3Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
