White Steak

This is another one of my father's recipes; I have't had it in years and never actually tried to make it myself. I think the next time round steak is on sale it will be on that weeks menu. As I remember I really liked it when I was a kid.

round steak
1/4 c
1 can(s)
condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Pan fry round steak until brown on both sides; flour and pound flour into meat. Then bake it in an electric frypan at about 350 degrees, with mushroom soup poured on top of it. It takes about 1/2 hour to bake, check and turn so it doesn't burn. You may add water every once in awhile so it won't dry out.
