I had this for the first time at the home of a good friend and although when I saw it cooking I was skeptical it was so wonderful I had to have the recipe!

Ingredients

1 lb
90% lean ground beef
1 can(s)
red beans
1 can(s)
white beans
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
sweet corn
1c can(s)
chick peas
2 Tbsp
taco seasoning mix

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef (or turkey if you prefer) and drain if needed.
2Add all canned items draining only the corn (need some liquid)
3Stir in seasoning and let simmer till it begins to thicken.
4Serve over tortilla chips with hot sauce, shredded cheddar, sour cream & avacado slices.
