- thick cut steaks
- 1/4 c
- worcestershire sauce
- chopped scallions
- 2-3 clove
- crushed garlic
- black pepper
1While The Coals Are Getting Ready, season the steaks with lea & perins Worcestershire sauce, chopped scallions, crushed garlic, salt & pepper.
2If It Going To Be More Than 30 Minutes Before You Grill, wait to add the salt until they are on the grill.
3If using a gas grill (Oh, the horrors!!) Let the steaks marinade for about 30-45 minutes.
Grill about 6 minutes each side depending on the thickness and how rare/well done you like. I usually serve with a baked potato & salad and tipsy mushrooms.
