- boneless beef pot roast
- carrots, sliced
- 1 1/4
- potatoes,cut into 1-inch pieces
- envelopes of dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 c
1In large skillet, heat oil and brown roast on all sides
2In slow cooker, arrange vegetables in bottom and top with browned roast.
3Combine soup with water and pour over roast and vegetables.
4Cook on low 8-10 hours. Remove roast and vegetables.
