| 4 | carrots, sliced |
| 1 1/4 | potatoes,cut into 1-inch pieces |
| 2 | envelopes of dry onion soup mix |
| 3/4 c | water |

Directions
In large skillet, heat oil and brown roast on all sidesIn slow cooker, arrange vegetables in bottom and top with browned roast.Combine soup with water and pour over roast and vegetables.Cook on low 8-10 hours. Remove roast and vegetables.
