Ingredients

2 lb
lean beef, cubed
1 c
sliced celery
1 c
sliced carrots
1 c
sliced onion
1/2
green pepper, diced
28 oz
can chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp
sugar
3 Tbsp
sherry

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients in a baking dish, cover and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours. Thickn gravy, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
