- package of schredded sharp chedder cheese

- beef gravy

HERES WHAT YOU NEED:
1Brown the ground beef and onions in a skillet. Add 2 cups of gravy (or use the Shepard's pie mix as directed). Let simmer for 5 minutes uncovered.
2Cook potatoes until they fall off the fork and mash with Salt, Pepper, milk and butter.
3Cook the vegetables as directed on the packet, I like to use the Steam fresh mixes.
4in a 9 x 13 Casserole Dish layer the ground beef mixture, then the vegetables and mashed potatoes, then Cheddar Cheese, and salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until the cheese has melted and started to turn brown a little.
