Ingredients

1 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 tsp
garlic powder
2 tsp
onion powder
1 1/2 tsp
organic seasoned salt
1 tsp
blace pepper

MIX TOGETHER THESE 5 INGREDIENTS AND RUB ROAST ON BOTH SIDE AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT

green bell pepper, chopped

garlic clove chopped

water

mushrooms
3 Tbsp
ap flour
2 c
organic beef broth

Step-By-Step

1Melt shortening in a deep, heavy pot over -med-high heat. Add roast and brown on all sides. remove the meat from the pan and add the onion, celery, bell pepper, and chopped garlic.

2Saute lightly and return ther roast to the pan. Add 1 cups water, cover and place in preheat oven 350F for 3 hours.

3once the roast is done , remove from pot and flour to dripping whip till thicken, and then add the roast,
