Mom's Chipped Beef Cheese Ball
My Mom (in the picture) used to make this at every holiday or party - eventually, people started asking for this as a "gift". :) Simple, but the flavors are so good together. I hope you enjoy!Serve with your favorite cracker - I like Chicken in a Biscuit or Sociables.
- 16 oz
- cream cheese
- 5 oz
- chipped beef, chopped / minced finely
- green onions, chopped finely
- 2 Tbsp
- worcestershire sauce, or more to taste if preferred
1Mix into a ball (1/2 of chipped beef in cheese ball), cover with saran wrap, and refrigerate. Roll the chilled cream cheese ball in the other half of the chipped beef. Serve with favorite crackers.
